I was very honored. Why did you decide to participate in this Youth Service Bureau fundraiser? The Youth Service Bureau does so much for the children in our community. The Department of Child Services in Montgomery County partners frequently with the Youth Service Bureau for community events, educational opportunities, and activities involving children. The CASA program through the Youth Service Bureau is a resource that greatly benefits the children and families that are involved with DCS. The Family Case Managers at DCS work hand in hand with the CASA volunteers to ensure the children of Montgomery County are provided with safe, nurturing, and stable homes that are free from abuse and neglect. DCS also utilizes many programs offered through the Youth Service Bureau for children in our care. I am thrilled to be able to help raise funds for YSB so they can continue to support our youth. Why should the public come to this event and support you and your partner? The public should definitely attend this event. It's always a great time. The dancers work so hard and all have amazing routines. The entertainment alone is worth the ticket price. The Knowling Fieldhouse is a really cool venue and the food is always great. There are a ton of silent auction items! So many people from the community attend and it's a fun night out! My partner and I are working on a really fun routine and I'm excited t |
